Delivery Information

1. Who delivers your order
Each store powered by KenyLink arranges its own delivery. The store you buy from sets its delivery areas, methods, timescales, and charges, and is responsible for getting your order to you.
This page explains how delivery works in general. The exact options, costs, and timescales for your order are shown at checkout before you pay, and in your order confirmation.
2. Delivery methods
Depending on the store and your location, you may be able to choose home delivery to your address, delivery within a defined local zone, or collection in person from the store or a pickup point.
For collection orders, the store will tell you when and where your order is ready. No delivery charge applies to collection.
3. Timescales
Delivery times depend on the store, the delivery method, and your location. Estimated timescales are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.
If a store cannot deliver within a reasonable time, or by any date you agreed together, you can contact the store to agree a new time or, where your consumer rights allow, cancel the order for a refund.
4. Delivery costs
Delivery charges, where they apply, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the method you choose, and are shown clearly before you pay. The total you agree to includes any delivery charge.
Some stores offer free delivery within certain areas or above a spend threshold. Any such offer is shown by the store at checkout.
5. Delivery areas
Stores define the areas they deliver to. If your address is outside a store’s delivery area, home delivery may not be available and you may be offered collection instead, or the order may not be possible.
You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address. Delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address may not be refundable.
6. Problems with delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or late, contact the store as soon as you can through your account or your order confirmation. See our Returns & Refunds policy for your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
